Jonathan William Anderson has brought his signature style to a much loved brand: Topshop.
This latest collaboration will see signature JW Anderson looks and stylings in Topshop style. For a while now, Topshop has dominated the british street fashion scene. Many locals and others alike are able to communicate the Topshop language, where style and attitude go hand in hand when it comes to self expression. With local relevance aplenty, Topshop has pioneered many cutting edge styles and designers to the market, Kate Moss being a popular such persona.
This collection sees the marriage of classic styles with punk-rockers edgy outlook. This controversial emulgamation is further complimented with an American preppy chic influence. In keeping with Topshops trendy street stylings, graphic prints have played a large part in this collection, with an Anderson twist. Common in this collection is the paisley print, in stunning colours that capture the eye. The in-colour as advocated in this collection is anything that is dark, with a touch of bright colours. Dark shirts and bottoms litter the collection generously, peppered with graphic printed tops and striped tees. Jonathan has also left his mark in sweaters, with an embroidered J looking very much like a ship's anchor.
